Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of Virtual Impact’s website, forms, communications, and SMS program.

By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.

Virtual Impact SMS Program

Virtual Impact may send recurring SMS messages to individuals who have expressly opted in.

• Interview scheduling or rescheduling
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Training and event information
• Customer-care replies
• Account-related or operational notifications
• Follow-up communications related to an inquiry or conversation initiated by the individual

Consent

Where SMS consent is collected through a website form, the consent option is separate, optional, and unchecked by default.

A user may complete the primary form without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies according to the individual’s request, application, appointment, event registration, support conversation, or account activity.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile carrier and service plan.

Virtual Impact does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS messages, but carrier charges may apply.

Opting Out

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, the recipient may receive one confirmation message.

No additional campaign messages will be sent unless the recipient later provides valid consent again.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging-consent data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes or Termination
